8000 Lumen EDC Flashlight

The Nitecore EDC37 flashlight delivers exceptional brightness and throw, making it one of the most powerful options available for everyday carry. Equipped with the innovative NiteLab UHi 20 MAX LED, the EDC37 outputs a stunning 8,000 lumens with an impressive beam distance of up to 459 yards.

Customizable to Your Needs

Designed for versatility, it offers four brightness levels, plus Spotlight, Floodlight, and Strobe modes. A digital OLED screen clearly displays the current brightness level, remaining battery life, and more. The EDC37 also features two dual-stage tactical buttons: a circular tail button for adjusting brightness and accessing the momentary ultralow mode, and a rectangular customizable button that can be set to activate Spotlight, Floodlight, or Strobe.

USB-C Rechargeable

Charging the EDC37 is fast and convenient with its built-in USB-C port, and the OLED screen provides real-time battery level updates. On a full charge, the EDC37 can run for up to 190 hours on its lowest setting and fully recharges in just 2 hours. For added safety, it includes a Lockout switch to prevent accidental activation. This was the one light in this form factor that should have been longer

This was the one light in this form factor that should have been longer. Nice little light but the clip is too long making it difficult to clip to your pocket.

Hot & Heavy

In my opinion Nitecore has become one of the most innovative companies making high output rechargeable LED flashlights today. I own more of them than I can count and their EDC series of flat shaped lights just keeps evolving and getting more powerful. With the EDC37 however Nitecore may have reached critical mass. The 37 is packed with all of the features Nitecore owners have come to expect and now boasts up to 8000 lumens of light at max power. It's an amazing amount of light from such a small package and will turn your darkest night into day with the push of a button. Unfortunately, this little light is on the heavy side and at the higher intensity settings becomes quite hot very quickly unlike some of the lesser EDC models. Still, for the money you'd be hard pressed to find a palm sized flashlight that packs this much punch but just be aware that it's got some weight to it and will get toasty. Enjoy.

Great product

Absolutely love this flashlight. I've ended up using it on long day hikes to get me out of the mountains. The amount of time left to use on different settings is a life saver.

An amazing compact and powerful flashlight

An amazing compact and powerful flashlight. I used it in a dark field over the July 4th weekend to light fireworks (safely of course). I cycled between 400 and 1500 lumen settings to illumiate everything for us all. It was great. I had it constantly running for stretches for 2 hours. It used 10% off the battery only. I also tested the 3000 and 8000 lumen settings in complete darkness. It lit things up incredibly bright. People reacted with interest and surprise when they saw the size and performance. I've used the lower settings in my house and it's very versatile; basically a lumen setting for any need. For something the size of a folding pocket knife, this thing performs! I'd like to see a dedicated carry case or possibly a flexible plastic sleeve cut out and fitted for extra protection like a cellphone case.
