Ordered and received it relatively quickly. Opened and straight out of the box without charging it, it was indicating it was fully charged. I then used it once per day to charge my cell phone and get familiar with it. I got 5 charges. The fifth charge began indicating that it was going to need to be charged so I charged it fully again in a little over 3 hours. I bought for a six day camping trip and feel it will satisfy my expectations.

I ordered a battery for my favorite flashlight and the battery would not charge. I contacted customer service and they quickly resolved the situation. I had to pay to return the battery but overall I am happy.I own 2 flashlights and a battery pack. Their products are amazing quality and I haven’t found anything that consistently compares.

I have bought many flashlights from Nitecore. But I think this one is one of my favorites. Compact and easy to grip very bright and all around great flashlight.

I’ve had my Nitecore NB10000 for a couple weeks now. I bought it for a backpacking trip and it should be great. It can charge my iPhone 17 Pro from 20% to 90% 2 1/2 times. It took me a bit to figure out how to unsnap the attached charging cord, but it is a clever design and super useful to have the charging cord attached to the power bank. It easily fits in a small ziplock bag, though supposedly it is water resistant. My scale shows 5.4 pounds withtbe charging cord.

Wish it had a moonlight mode, but still very useful

Having it now I could not imagine having any other light for my mtb. Bracket adapts perfectly, snug, including the anti-lose tether is a nice idea. If I could suggest one thing, include another lanyard with the extra ring.

This is super light weight and fits my small head, so that's a win! Haven't had the chance to take it out just yet, but I tested it with some jogging and it stays in place and I'm loving how bright it can be, but also the different options of brightness.
