Its white light reaches up to 1,200 lumens with a 227-yard throw, providing plenty of power for everyday tasks, work, inspections, and outdoor use. With four white-light brightness levels and three adjustable UV levels, the EDC15 adapts easily to a variety of tasks and environments. A deep-carry pocket clip keeps the EDC15 secure and easy to carry throughout the day.
Long Runtime & Durable Construction

Not the brightest Nitecore flashlight I own, not the smallest Nitrcore flashlight I own, but probably the best EDC besides the tini 3. Great form factor, very good controls, and the UV is surprisingly useful.
Smaller and lighter than I expected. I love the simple interface. No complicated combos of short or long button presses.
Perfect compact size to clip into your pocket. Great run time, crazy bright at highest settings and the little UV light is fantastic for spotting leaks and scorpions.
I have the EDC23 and stopped carrying it. The controls were very difficult and non-intuitive and it was very heavy. I probably would have given it a 2/5. This light is quite the opposite...easy to use and light weight. The 23 is now a car glove compartment light and the 15 gets carried.
Really like the slider to select brightness. Can go all the way to brightest easily but also allows me to pick a Lower setting easily. Very reminiscent of my stream light wedge that I lost in terms of function but with more levels.
Great light definatly worth the money; I've also have the EDC37 .
Boy ! what a great line to choose from.Keep going Nitecore !
was expecting the UV light to be a bit brighter
A great simple and intuitive operation. Loaded with features =an easy winner.
Small powerful
My edc15 arrived in a open box. The top was tore open. The contents were previously opened. I didn't purchase a previously used item. Contacted customer service no response.
This is my new favorite form factor! Lays flat in the pocket and is easy to hold when in use. It is extremely bright for its size. 5 stars!
Great flashlight. Love the high lumens, functional UV light, compactness, USB-C, charge status, and the rectangular shape disallows rolling. Shape allows fit in shirt or pants pocket. Wife fell in love also, so I bought her one for her purse.
Very handy little light. If I could change anything about it, well, I like replaceable batteries because then I can change them out in the field... also, I'd give it a flat base so that it could do a tail-stand and illuminate a room...finally, the lowest level is a little brighter than I'd like it to be. Otherwise, I use it daily and the UV is amazingly good and a bit unsettling, seeing what's on my carpet that isn't visible without UV. I'd buy it again.. given a chance; I'd redesign it and buy it again.
I've usually done more traditional ones like the MT2C Pro and others, but this thing is small, yet powerful, is pretty versatile, can clip in a pocket for easy reach and the UV function is also really nice to have to check on my plants for certain pests. Seems to last a while as I've played with it a lot since it's new and I have yet to have to charge it as well. Plan on using it around the house and for the garden.
Pretty handy. Easy to pocket. Cant wait until the dark times in AK.
Really like the sliding switch for selecting light levels.
