Buyer beware. I've had 2 and they're junk

My original purchase of this product lasted less than a year of light use before it would only accept a 50% charge. Was sent a replacement under warranty from Nitecore and it lasted less than 6 months of light use before it now has the same problem. Nitecore is refusing to replace the battery pack only offering a discount on the purchase of a THIRD one. I'm not shelling out more money for an obviously faulty product Nitecore. You either stand behind your products or you don't.

Not durable

This powerbank is marketed towards outdoor enthusiasts and says it is "exceptionally sturdy". Well not sturdy enough to be dropped from knee height without cracking the outside and rendering the thing completely useless. Honestly disappointed with the quality, if you look out there there's plenty of other complaints about durability of these. I emailed nitecore about it and they said this is not drop resistant so there's nothing they will do. Wish it said that in the description when I bought it 😂 While I understand that it's my problem that I dropped it, I still think the durability of this is a bit ridiculous for how much it costs. I know light gear is usually more expensive and often less durable but I'm pretty upset with this one. Had it for less than 4 months, dropped it once and now it's toast. I don't think this powerbank would've made it through my upcoming thru hike at all. Looking at other options now for more durability.

Didn't Last

It did not last more than a few months with very light usage before failing to take a charge

It works excellent! Actually this is the 2nd one of these i have purchased! My first one just quit working! Won't take a charge and won't power up! Any chance of sending in back to take a look at it and possibly getting it fixed? Please let me know Thank you Kevin
