Nitecore TINI 3 600 Lumen Multi-Color Rechargeable Keychain Flashlight

I just bought this light to hang off my key rings, always with me, which is good with my keys however, here’s the problem. I noticed it turning on and off as I was in my car or pushing against the on button🤔!

I have had the Tini 2 for almost 2years on my keychain with minimal wear. The new Tini 3 out performs the Tini 2 and now lives with my keys to help out when needed.

It is extremely small, works well and does everything it says it does. My only complaint is that I've been carrying it on my keychain and the orange is coming off and there are some chips. I thought maybe it was anodized but it's not. I have put 3 more as gifts 2 in black. Will report back if the experience is similar. I think the flashlight is worth it for the money but would research other models if strong durability is a concern.

The TINI3 has replaced my TIP2 for EDC and I keep it attached to my bag.

I have two key chains. One is daily use with a half pound of keys, plus truck fob and (formerly) a Fenix E03R. The other is a fob, house key, gate key, and Fenix E03R V2. (Lightweight for slacks pocket when dressed up) The daily chain with the E03R now has the Nitecore TINI 3 instead. The interface of the TINI is much better than the fiddly long, short, double press, triple press silliness of the Fenix lights. And, they seem to get accidentally switched on constantly despite being "locked out." The TINI 3's double button OLED display progress bar unlock eliminates that annoyance. The two buttons for on/off and power level is SO MUCH EASIER to operate. The light color is a nice feature too. Love the OLED display, I have a couple other lights with them, including an LEP. They rock for battery percentage etc. nothing beats them. The TINI 3 doesn't have red light, but the 1 lumen mode is better anyway. One last thing, the TINI 3 is quite a bit smaller and lighter than both of the Fenix E03R's.

This flashlight may be small but it's big on features. First off I really like the digital display I've never seen another flashlight like this. I like how it displays battery level, light level and light color setting. It has a very good battery life. And it's great that it's rechargeable.

Pretty much everything you can ask for in a compact light. Good battery, fast charging, good price.

I've had this flashlight for a few months. I use it every day. All of the features are fantastic: color changing for different tasks, the display, the ability to lock it out, 600 lumens available (althiugh my most used is 1 lumen when I'm getting ready for work). It's so small that it's incredibly easy to have on you at all times. Can't say enough good things. The look and functionality are superb. This purchase was experimental for me to see whether I liked Nitecore products - as a result of this positive experience I'm looking at either the edc 29 or the P27ix (or both!) for my next purchase

Improved features over earlier model

I replaced my lost TIP2 light with the TINI3. The TINI3 is smaller with an information screen which are positive. The lumens are a little less. The TIP2 had a better protective magnetic cover for the charging port while the TINI3 only has a silicone cap. The TINI3 has a USB-C port while the TIP2 had the older USB-A port.
Overall, I like the TINI3 better

Best keychain light out there! I’ve had a few from other brands that all seemed to fall short in one category or another. Mostly with accidental activation in the pocket or difficult/insufficient light options. This light has a better lockout function with the recessed buttons and requiring both to be pushed and held simultaneously. The brightness options and capabilities are exceptional and the lcd screen is actually helpful and functional showing the battery life and a preview of lumen output before activation of the light! The light kelvin options are actually appreciated where I thought they would be a gimmick and the body color is impressive even. Overall I have no complaints whatsoever

These are impressive flashlights (I purchased two) - I've been looking for compact, bright rechargeable flashlights so I can stop burning through batteries. The 3 color temps and 4 brightness options is amazing, and exactly what i was looking/hoping for. Comes with a charger, charges quickly, and holds the charge for a long time. Granted, they are a bit expensive, but at least you get what you pay for, and more, so totally worth it.

Guys, you dropped the ball on design here. This thing sucks. I love the edc 29 and 23, have a few of each. I was excited for this mini light for my keychain. However, this does not have the side protection that prevents turning the light on so this died within two days from being turned on while in my pocket

Truly appreciate the longer battery life with a status display. It really is tiny.

I like having a small and very bright light BUT it quit working. Could not turn it off or change any settings ?
