An HC30 has been my EDC light for over a decade.

An HC30 has been my EDC light for over a decade now so when it was time to put a reliable light on my home security shotgun I knew which brand to buy and this is the light, the MH12 V-2.
The mode features are familiar, the light is as bright as I need, it's built bullet proof, and it weighs only 3 oz so it's perfect for my application.
A wonderful light from, to my eyes, a wonderful light company. Glad I bought it.

Being my first nitecore I wasn’t sure how I’d like it

Being my first nitecore I wasn’t sure how I’d like it. It’s brighter and the battery is longer lasting than lights I own that are much more expensive. I plan on using it on duty soon.

Accessories still needed

This is a great product. Light is very bright and I appreciate that it is sold as a kit. My only complaint is that as a kit I intend to mount it on my rifle and there is no pressure pad bracket or mount sold for this model (RSW3) so had to resort to amazon and what I found/was suggested was not the best fitting. It would be great if they sold a bracket specifically for this pad to mount to rifles. Otherwise it is a great product.
