Multiple Power Options

Powering the MT2A Pro is flexible, as it can operate with either the included rechargeable Nitecore NL1416R battery or two AA batteries. When powered by the NL1416R battery, the MT2A Pro can run for up to 20 hours before requiring a recharge.

I manage a feed store, this flashlight has been through a lot and hasn't let me down in the 9 months that I've owned it. I use it for inspecting parts close up and locking up/opening my store in the dark. The low is so intense that I can use it for most tasks that I run into. Medium is good for when you want a little extra, and high is good for the stormy nights. I like the clip and how you can attach it to a hat to make it hands free, but it has a slight flaw. The extra bend makes it easy to snag something and bend the extra fold, when you try to bend it back it usually snaps and breaks. I've gone through 2 pocket clips, nightcore replaced them every time tdqhey broke. The fact that they easily and freely warranty the clip voids the issue of it snapping. Having a replaceable, rechargeable battery, and running on standard AA adds reliability and redundancy. The actual light durablilty is outstanding, I've lost count of how many times I've dropped it on concrete with no failures or degradation. This light will handle everything and above what the average user needs, the company fully backs and supports the product through the easy warranty. This is light can thrive in edc and work, and the company fully supports the product through the warranty.

Real bright light, but real hot handle

We like this but it gets real hot after 4-6 minutes in hand. We had to put gloves on.
