Customers praised this 1500-lumen rechargeable flashlight for its lightweight, compact design and exceptional brightness. Many appreciated the multiple color temperature modes and various brightness levels. The polycarbonate construction divides opinion—some love the reduced weight, while others prefer aluminum. Minor concerns include pocket clip durability and absence of strobe mode.
Flashlight is very light but still feels sturdy.
The Tailcap switch is tactical and the light provides plenty of illumination. The flashlight sits nice and flat with the deep pocket carry clip. Overall very pleased but I would expect nothing less, Nitecore products never disappoint.
I am disappointed in Nitecore on this one. The light operates great as all the Nitecote products I have. I am disappointed that this one is plastic not Aluminum.
I believe that the choice of materials is to reduce weight and production cost. As for the weight, an oz. isn’t enough to make a difference in carrying a light 10 hours a day.
This is not the brightest light I own but it is the one I carry now. I have other lights I keep in my bag when I need something super bright or non floody.
I did not think that I would like the MCT as much as I do but it is super handy to have. I use the cool color when outdoors, the neutral color for indoor use during the day, and at night when I want something a little easier on the eyes I use the warm light.
Battery is ok. If you use turbo often it will indeed nuke your battery. I use my lights often and when carrying the 07 I charge it every night.
The ultra low option and the IP76 rating is what I wish my EDC23 had.
Again I was not sure about it not being made out of aluminum but I enjoy the fact that it is so light for the size.
The controls are intuitive and similar my my MH25 Pro.
So long as you know what you are in for it is a great light.

I really like the warmer light. It makes a huge difference and I’ll probably never want to go back to cool light unless it’s for something tactical. I also like the plastic body.

Love the idea of small compact size inspection lamp! Perfect for aircraft parts inspection! I perched 4 already. One for my son who works as a nurse night shift!! He loves it. I need to register myflashlights.
I love the light! Love it love it love it! I broke my pocket clip on it and i cant seem to find a replacement. I dont think its a part i can buy yet. Super bummed
My 16 years old granddaughter is getting her first car. Bought this for her for safety purposes.
Good basic flashlight in a pocket-friendly shape. It's on the small end but still big enough I don't have to hold it with the "tweezer grip" required for more compact flashlights. Cheap enough that I won't worry about loaning it out the way I might with my EDC27. My only nit to pick is that I'd prefer an SOS or other slower, position-marking strobe over the current fast strobe. I'm not going to use this double penlight to disorient an attacker.
With its polycarbonate build and minimalistic design, this certainly satisfies both EDC and pocket carry. The temperature changes can be changed effortlessly to suit the conditions. The on/off switch is stout and given its protective location, the inadvertent accidental activation is mitigated. The nubs on the sides of the EDC07 provides for a solid grip especially with wet or greasy hands. The ability for it to tail stand is a great added feature. Having been thoroughly well pleased putting this light through the paces for a week, I purchased another one in black.

Great light Small and easy to use
I liked my tan one so much that I bought a black just because. It’s light weight and has MCT. NITECORE is killing it with new technology. These lights are now my go to EDC carry choice.
Great flashlight, best one I ever owned. It is very powerful went to the beach and used it and it lit the whole beach up.
I love the ability to go to moonlight mode from being off. It has multiple light levels for different needs
Works well, but would be nice to have a hat bill clip on the pocket clip.
Almost perfect EDC light. Very powerful. The clip spring tension is just right to go into your pocket. The on-off switch on the tail is a little hard to push but nothing to worry about. So far, of all of my many flashlights (maybe 25) this is my favorite.
I like this flashlight for it's weight and power, if you didn't know it was made of plastic it would be very hard to tell the difference. This would make a great work light since it needs less care for the finish or worry about damage or scratches. The reverse of this is that since it is plastic it also shouldn't cause damage to more expensive sharing a pocket or bag with it. I say WIN- WIN.
