great reserve battery

This is a great reserve battery to power my Garmin Varia rear tail light on long bicycle rides. Suggestion: sell rubber caps to seal battery when not in use (to prevent dust / dirt / water from entering).

Disappointed

The discharge rate is very slow. More importantly, an iPhone 16 connected to the usb-C port to charge overnight at some point switches to the phone charging the battery. This leaves you with a dead phone in the morning and makes the usb-C port effectively unusable except to recharge the battery.

Feels quality in the hands, great power options as far as voltage options. However, unlike even the GEN1 10,000mAh carbon pack this pack now no longer has the option to manually switch the output to a LOW current version of a 5V USB. Also, at the other end of the spectrum, even with all of the different voltage output options, this pack still will ONLY charge newer phones at FAST CHARGE, it will NOT do SUPER FAST CHARGE. This is crazy considering that it is able to output 22.5 Watts. This was my biggest disappointment with this pack.

Haven't used the power bank in the field yet. Shipping went well no damage because packaged in a box with a Nitecore battery charger , but the second power bank I just purchased arrived in an envelope and though undamaged seemed very vulnerable
