The issue, works well but is it rugged

I purchased two NPB1’s and a NPB2. All three worked well as far as specification but all exhibited the same failure mode! The casing cracks open at the assembly seam, exposing all the “water proof” internals. The NPB2, fell off my charging stand from a height of 24 inches on to. A hard floor, NO cable attached, NO other force except hitting the floor as I set other Battries’s up for charging. I attempted to test if the unit still work but I noted the weld between the charging board and the battery was NOT welded properly (no weld marks). since the purpose of buying the battery was for it IP rating, the broken casing defeated my purpose. One month later the NPB1 was noted broken at the same seam case point with the top completely disconnected. The using had been previously charged and safely located in my travel back pack. I eliminate the unit and didn’t note any issues or obvious broken wires. Plugged in the unit before glue the seam and it ALSO FAILED TO WORK!
The remaining NPB1. Separated at the same seam about two weeks past! The battery was attached by its support loop to my cell phone wrist loop, hanging in the shower by the cell phone wrist loop. I then notice the assembly of the battery had separated at the same seam. Testing indicates the battery worked so I glued it back together! Needless to state but I will, it’s evident quality control with this series of battery is missing some critical details!! Is this issue applicable to this product line as well? Note; I own several series of the note core EDC as well as tactical, plus power banks. I have only experienced one previous issue with a below purchased TINI2 from over heating causing one of the LEDs to stop working. I like it so well that I purchased another one and make sure I don’t use it in the high mode but for a short period. Otherwise I like your product but if quality is slipping, so is this customer reliability of the new product line in emergency situations. BTW, I didn’t want to get into a stressful situation about warrant and so forth. The units that failed to work, I just used the batteries in other projects. The remaining unit, pictured, I still use but not in the shower, it’s purpose! But works well.

5⭐but needs a "BELT CAS"

I had an extra belt small flashlight case. I adapted it to this great little power bank. I wish Nightcore sold this with a belt case that could be carried along with a short charging cord Holder Incorporated into the case. However, it's size is very handy when carried on the belt or in your pocket. I'm showing a photo of my old case I used with a short 3-in power cord that hangs over the top of the battery not plugged in..
