Nitecore NB20000 Gen 3 Dual USB-C Power Bank

Ordered and received it relatively quickly. Opened and straight out of the box without charging it, it was indicating it was fully charged. I then used it once per day to charge my cell phone and get familiar with it. I got 5 charges. The fifth charge began indicating that it was going to need to be charged so I charged it fully again in a little over 3 hours. I bought for a six day camping trip and feel it will satisfy my expectations.

My old nightcores work beautifully, 3 years old 10k Mamp, over 2000k miles hiked with them. Nitecore has given me the run around via email lasting over 2 weeks!! This new one does not charge for long and Nightcore will not help or even allow me to send this one back and receive a new one. And after reading others having the same experiences as I, I will no longer support Nightcore. I would not have known this if I did not own the previous models and was able to compare performance. I suggest you buy another brand like Anker that actually stand behind their product and will replace.

I got this especially for a trip of 3 days without electricity. It kept my camera, airpods, 2 phones, and watch charged the whole time. Things charged quickly. The pass-through charging was useful, but note that you can only charge 1 device while using pass-through.

Review revision. After submitting a poor review their customer service team reached out to me and made things right. They sent me a new power bank and resolved the issue. I'm still concerned about the lack of durability based on a low level fall but I'm satisfied with their assistance.

The size and weight for a 20,000 amp powerbank is mind boggling.

This was a warranty replacement - customer service was excellent!

Worked great until it fell from less than 2 feet and broke. Tried to contact customer service only to be told to go to the original seller through Amazon (It's been over a week and no response from them) I do not recommend.

Not impressed

Nitecore NB20000 Gen 3 powerbank is a well built powerbank. Charges any devices that uses a USB C charger port. Long lasting battery life for any travel style.

After initially getting five charges straight out of the box without charging it and having it for about two weeks now. My five star review has dropped to three stars. An iPhone 17 will get about 3 charges from m a battery at 40% to 100%.

Great size but doesn’t hold the full charge. I used it for a backpacking trip with fair weather and only got 3 charges out of it.

Doesn't have the regular USB port like the gen 2. Was super bummed after my Gen 3's showed up and now I need all new cords, or keep track of this iPhone style adapter. Doing too much guys, if it ain't broke dont fix it.

Charges your electronics fast. A bit slow to recharge though. Light and compact.

Certainly lightweight for its power. There is confusing/contradicting documentation on the packaging about its ability to survive a bit of moisture-so we'll see how it actually does camping. I wish there was an inset connection point or other mechanism to keep the usb cord with the battery - it is totally smooth

I absolutely love this thing and it packs a lot of charge into a strong concise package. Great for months of rugged travel. Pass-through charging is a game changer. The one thing I hate is the light indicator is always on while charging, meaning it glows your room up at night while it charges :( the one bad mark on an otherwise great product.

Bricked out of the box! This was a replacement for another one that failed and was under warranty. Tried twice and have yet to have a working one. I gave up.

I was under the impression that this battery supports a low power mode that would enable it to charge my hearing aids. Unfortunately it does not. My hearing aids stay charging for 30 seconds then the battery shuts off power. Very disappointed. The only way I can charge them is to charge another device at the same time, with a particular sequence of which to connect first.
Other than that the battery is fine. There is a button on it but I haven't been able to figure out what it does. It certainly didn't turn on low power mode, unlike in older models.

Soild charger! Multiple charges, hold up in the weather! Smart purchase!

Powerbank

I wish we'd have found this power bank years ago. It has by far been the best one we've ever had and helped us charge our devices for a long hiking and camping trip. We only had to recharge it twice in 10 days through the vehicle, it charged one of our iPhones fully with just one of it's bars! Thank you Nitecore for making a fantastic product that actually does the job it's needed for.

I like the charger itself but the cord that came with it doesn’t work on most of my devices, so i have to use my older Nitecore charger.

I was surprised that it went down to one blue light after only three charges of my iPhone 16. Is that the amount of charge I can expect?

I ordered the NB20000 Gen 3 Dual USB-C Power Bank for a 12-day trek at Philmont when my Anker power bank was recalled and replaced with a heavier option. I currently have a Samsung S-21 that really eats battery power. Keeping my phone in airplane mode, charging from no less than 20%, and charging to no more than 90% made the battery pack last my entire time in the back country.

I'm very happy with the weight, durability, and charging capacity. 10/10 recommend.

So far, everything is good.
