I accidentally dropped it from about 5 feet and the battery pack completely broke apart and no longer works.

Simple and good size, shape — strapping this to the stem to power navigation as duration increases. And carrying second spare (backup) to switch out after long duration on the gravel machine.
I had an issue with the waterproof battery that I purchased.
I wrote to NITECORE explaining the issue and without any further communication, they shipped a replacement THAT DAY!
I sure wish all companies had that kind of customer support.
I am using this battery to power waterproof LED lights on my daughter’s snowboard. The battery itself is in a water resistant box attached to snowboard. We’ve gone out and down the slopes a few times and the whole system has worked great. Fully charged the battery has lasted close to 7 hours powering 5V LEDs, so more then enough for one all-day snowboard session. Worth the price!

Charger came early and works great l think it’s going to charge my head lamp three or more time it has an 16340 battery.
Great products, they fit and ther work great. Have had problems getting rechargeable batteries for my thermal scope, Nitecore had them and they fit, the competitive brand did not!

I really like the form factor of this device as well as the piece of mind that it will withstnd the elements. i hope to put it through the paces in the near future.
Great for what it is and provides good water protection, would be better if it has USB-C port instead of micro USB
Wish it was slightly thinner so it fit better in a AA battery elastic retainer or a CR123 battery retainer. It is still a great form factor for a backup to a helmet light.

Waterproof and compact, this is an excellent power bank for travel. Highly recommended.
I am using this battery pack to power my Garmin 520 bicycle computer. I like to leave the display on 100% brightness and on all the time so I do not have to push a button to see it. I have the battery pack attached under the stem, which holds the handlebars. The small round shape makes it much more aerodynamic than the flat phone sized pack it is replacing. This allows me to have my bike computer running all day, 12 to 14 hours, with no concern about my battery dying. And it's waterproof. What more could I want.
Nitecores waterproof power bank seems to be tough and well made, I've not had a chance to run it through the paces it yet, but believe it will work fine. Super fast shipping!
only bad thing is they arent usb c.
For a brand new product i would of like a usb c so i can only carry one wire to charge everything.
