Customers praised this ultra-slim, lightweight 10000mAh power bank as "perfect for travel" and backpacking. Most found it "compact" with fast charging. However, some reported capacity issues - not delivering expected charges, battery degradation after warranty, and charging indicator lights malfunctioning with newer iPhones. A few units failed early or arrived defective.
Love taking this lightweight power bank on backpacking trips and travel, however be aware that it can get dented all the way from one side to the other (not sure how, it was in my coat that got lost a few days with the airline, & while the case hasn't cracked I'm not willing to risk a spicy pillow/ fire so sadly have to dispose of it which is an expensive outcome. :( )
This ultra slim model perfectly complements the 6000ma units I have for extending charging and USB powered cycling light. The weight to capacity level of the ultra slim makes it ideal for trail running and bikepacking. Also, Nitecore’s customer service is stellar with special recognition of Wyatt who was brilliant.
This is so light. I took it bikepacking and kept my phone, bike computer and watch all charged and it only dropped on bar in three days. So much better than I had expected.
I'm not sure what you can find on the market now that's better than this for the price. Beautiful attention to detail, fit and finish is stellar. If someone you know recommended this to you, they're not wrong. This is a great product and I'm so proud to have held off from owning a huge battery until now. Because this thing is TINY!! <3
Never got to use it. Button stays depressed and won't charge. Contacted support and hoping for resolution.
I purchased the Gen 3 10k mAh in Sept 2024. It functioned well until just after the 18-mo warranty period ended in March 2026, when it suddenly lost about half its capacity. It would fully charge, but the first two blue lights would go out shortly after plugging it into a device. Oddly, it appeared to provide the remaining half of its capacity as expected after that. It is troubling when any product fails right after the warranty expires. Also, under normal gentle use, one of the rubber protective corners came off, exposing the innards and rendering its advertised IPX5 useless.

Very beautiful powerbank. It looks big on pictures but it's very small actually. I bought it for my wife,I didn't have chance to use it.
The power bank size and design accommodate many uses for EDC and travel. The unit charge quickly as well.

It worked for the first 3 days & all of a sudden stopped charging my phone even though it has a full charge

I love the size and weight, but it doesn’t provide as many charges as my old 10k Ancor. One charge of my iphone 17 takes this down to one bar of storage remaining. I had hoped to get at least two full charges out of this item, so it’s disappointing.
The power to weight ratio is going to be great for the trail.m
Still early; but so far the charger is great. It's thin and light - great for it's main use - hiking! It feels surprisingly sturdy in spite of its thinness. We've moved almost entirely to USB-C; so I'm glad this charge does not waste space with old USB-A. The charger was recommended by @FrozensAdventures.
Size is smaller and lighter than my iPhone 16 by about 50%.Charger my phone from 20% to full 2.5x. The carbon fiber looks cool too

They’re small and light, good for bikepacking. Didn’t like that my last one died after just a couple years… Customer support was very unhelpful, basically directing you elsewhere, where you couldn’t get a response, leaving you no choice but to buy a new one, and they’re not cheap!
Dont buy this one. Its less power and locks you into C to C... the other 10000 charger has better capacity and USB A and C... this gen 3 isnt a upgrade as much as a strep backwards
Fulfillment from the Nitecore Store was fine. Shipped quickly. The issue with this NiteCore NB10000 Gen 3, the version with two USBC ports, is that the charge level lights (four of them) quickly go from four down to one within 10 minutes when charging my iPhone 17 Pro Max. There's plenty of charge in the power bank, way more than the equivalent of one charge level light, as I charged my phone from 43% to 95%, but the lights don't recover back to the level of charge in the power bank, so you're left wondering how much is left. I called support and was told to use an adapter (USB-A) plug so the power bank lights would work to show remaining power. What?? The Gen 2 I own has a USB C port and I can use it with no problem. Using an adapter defeats the reason to buy this. Many folks who use this will be charging an iPhone 15 or later which use USBC. Having the charge level lights not work is a huge issue for me. If the lights work with the Gen 2, then this is either defective or a huge engineering oversight. This will be returned.
Seems to work as advertised. I would recommend it to others. It wouldn't probably be good for laptops, but for smaller devices, such as cell phones it works well.
i was a little surprised at the battery life, it is definitely ultra light but at what cost if the battery doesn’t hold/last. I have a heavy 20 dollar Amazon power bank same 10,000 and it lasts 4x longer. So yeah keep that in mind maybe go for the 20,000
I paid a fortune in expedited shipping fees only to have Nitecore ship the items too late for it to matter. And Nitecore won't even refund this!?
