These are a good design. They make the headlamp seem effortless once you get them adjusted correctly. Adjustment isn't really easy, but you'll figure it out. The EXCEPT is this is the third set of straps (second bracket) I've had on this headlamp. The elastic dries out and gives up pretty early for such a premium headlamp.

Just what my head lamp needed. I use mine on a daily basis for everything and after 10 years, an estimate of how long I've had it, it was stretched out of shape and had lost all of its elasticity. This new head band made it like brand new again. It's the little things in life and this was a great little thing.

I was hoping to get the plastic piece that holds the light to the headband. I work in an underground zinc mine and have the light on my hard hat.
I would like to be able to leave the headband on the hardhat and just remove the light.
Can I just buy the plastic part for my HC 35 and the rubber part for my HC 33.
