I do like the flashlight. It's compact, lightweight and very durable. I lost the pocket clip and caught major drama to get a replacement even though I was offering to pay to have it. I could not get anybody to connect me to get this item. I purchased a new flashlight so I could get what I needed, a clip. I say: It is so sad customer service experience SUCKS!!!
To get a new flashlight, sure they can and will help with that larger sale.

Very light weight and extremely powerful. Great value, awesome flashlight.

Kind of fragile

I've had this light for around 10 months and it has been a really good light up till now. I love the features of the light. I carry the light at work, I am a forklift driver that loads and unloads semi trucks. Over time the belt clip has loosened up or stretched out, causing the flashlight to come loose from my belt loop and drop on the floor. After the third drop, the light has totally stopped working. I can plug it in and the charging light flashes indicating it's charging, but the light will not turning on at all.

Great for everything

I am extremely satisfied with this flashlight. It is very comfortable and lightweight. I use it for almost everything around the house. My only small gripe is simply that when I use it in the dark, the power button sits flush with the frame and can be a bit hard to find.

99.9% PERFECT

Being in the pest control industry, a good flashlight is a must. This flashlight is perfect for the job. It's compact and fits nicely in my pocket. I also like the tactical holster. It fits on all my belts and doesn't bother me while driving. What I like best about the flashlight is the four brightness settings. To bright of light will make the pest run before I get a chance to see them. With the memory I can start at 55 lumens and scare everything off before I get to see it. That leaves me two more settings for those hard to see areas. And the 1200 lumens is great for the high and hard to see corners, or those long dark conveyer runs. The only con is the power button. It works well, but maybe a little too well. The slightest bump turns it on. It will come on in my pocket. And it will come on if I put it in the holster wrong. I think I'd like it better if the button action was switched. Long press for on/off. And tap for mode. It's still a great flashlight and perfect for my job.
