Yeah, it's Nitecore

Super bad-ass EDC light. Friends can't believe you can pack that much light into something that small. It's so bright, it actually kicks when you turn it on !
Ok, maybe not, but still.

So far so good

Okay, I've packed another brand for 20+ years. Liked the first one so much, I immediately bought another. They are smaller, and both have held up perfect for all 20+ years. About the same power as the MT1C. I was an inspector and with the Nitecore rechargeable batteries they did well, but batteries got hot, and didn't last as long as I wished.
So I saw these MT1Cs come out, and looked about the same size, but they are a little bigger....but, the NL1816R batteries that came standard are so worth that little extra size. These are really bad ass so far, especially for the price! BUT....I went to buy additional (spare) batteries and they aren't available yet?!?!?! I called, and they said no, not yet!?!?! Glad thing I bought (3) lights, but if all three lights have the batteries, how can they not be available for after market????
I'll change my review if they come out fairly quick. Guess I will wait and see down the road, but lights are great so far. TDH

Throw away your mini-mag light.

This is a very low tech with 2 setting high and low. One click high, two clicks for low. One button does it all.

This is very high tech in that the low is perfect for reading or maneuvering and high is enough for search and rescue with a 300-350 yard throw or steal a bad actor’s night vision for a minute or more while you reload. It is shorter and more convenient to carry than your crappy mini-mag and you don’t need two hands to turn it on!!!

One wish is that it was magnetic, but make do with magnets on tool box lid and the clip is magnetic, it works good enough.

I have bought three of these so far for various location. I love it.

Great EDC Carry Flashlight and more

This flashlight punches way above its weight! I love the simplicity of its operation - very instinctive under stress. The price was more than reasonable for such a high quality and rugged instrument. I also purchase the Nitecore MT2C Pro 1800 Flashlight.
