Nitecore P20i 1800 Lumen USB-C Rechargeable LED Flashlight

I really like this flashlight. It’s definitely bright enough. If it’s too bright for what you’re doing you have an option to lower it 2 times.
As I mentioned in the title, the flashlight needs better insulation. The handle gets super hot and within minutes of having it on. Basically you need to hold the handle near the bottom to get away from the “hot end”. I’m surprised it’s allowed to be that hot really.

I haven't been able to use it much since I just got it last week, but it seems rock solid. The operation is basically the same as my i4000R. I like the slide cover for the charging port better on my 4 series light. Like most of them, the rubber cover on the P20i will likely get ripped off somewhere. I got the signal tailcap but it is the same diameter as the lens and wont fit in my leather belt holder. Overall it is well worth the money. A solid flashlight that will last through years of service.

Well the flash light is good. But I just used it for 5 minutes having it on. The head of the light bud is very warm and kind hot. I hold at the end of light bud is warm and hot and I did not even have it on for long time.

My son has this light and loves it while on duty. He said this flash light with several levels of light is great for his night patrols.

This is my 2nd P20i flashlight. I purchased the first one a year ago and it was so amazing, I bought my son one for Christmas!

Extremely bright. Should be handy for hunting (walking back to the truck in the dark).

Hard to beat the size and power and location of power button makes easy use with gloves on.

Outstanding product!

This light is amazing. It's bright, tough, and ergonomic. I love it.

I only have one complaint: the pocket clip is trash. It hooks into my pocket, there's zero grip. It's not a huge deal, but it's annoying and problematic. It also seems easily fixable.

That said, it's still a great light.

Had to get P20i for the hot spot that would work with the P20ix. Good combo however. Would been nice if an option to switch back to last setting when unit is turned off, but it's a minor thought.

I bought this flashlight because it is a perfect size I need it, USPS miss placed ( mistakenly) in different mailbox but you guys were too kind of sending me a replacement one I really appreciate it, thank you guys for such a wonderful costumers service!

Liked this so much bought 3 more as gifts. Particularly impressed with the special button so you can instantly have a strobe light, rather than having to click through the beam levels to get to the strobe feature. Thank you Nitecore.

With over 20 yrs in LEO & private security this light is 2nd to none. It gives me another layer of security & non lethal control. The pitch is further than you’d expect & the overall brightness of the light is almost blinding. The belt clip holster fits securely on my duty belt and was easily adjusted. I also purchased the finger ring clip attachment which does exactly what it was designed for , I just wish it was aluminum.

I have a 3D Cell LED Maglite, which is a pretty large flashlight (think small club). the P20 fits within one hand. I turned on the Maglite one evening and then turned on the P20 to see if I could even tell it was on....WHOA!!! The P20 lit probably 2x-3X more area more brightly than the much larger Maglite (I had just put fresh batteries in). Very impressive performance.

Just received it. However, my first impression is it made of quality material that should last the rigors of law enforcement work. The power of this light, considering its compact size is staggering. Looking forward to using it at work and also some outdoor activities on my free time.

Love this light!! It is great that it runs off of a 21700. It has 5 light settings, beside strobe and S.O.S. I also purchased the USM4, four bank battery charger for the 21700 batteries. This charger is a "must" for spare batteries and does a phenomenal job charging 21700 batteries..........

In short, amazing! Short and practical operating modes.

Best light I’ve ever bought

This tact light is very nice features are very useful on those very dark nights around my propery 1800 lumens really surprising and handy strongly recommend purchasing one.

I wish it was a bit more spot concentrated like P30i for a longer throw though. But it's main function to be a good tactical light that can be used as a defense tool. Love the strove ready function and the glass breaking capability.

Light works very well, small can put in your back pocket. Also light weight and bright. It has good distance too. I’ve used it a few nights ago as we were looking for a suspect in thick brush. We didn’t find him but the light was very impressive.
