Charging not working properly

Charging not working properly, I'm using compatible charger and appropriate cable, but still getting fast blinking light, if you unscrew battery cap quarter turn, it shows 4 lights like it's fully charged, but its not

Unfortunately it's a disappointment

I love the light output and the wide band with a slide resistant strip BUT: the light is quite heavy. Uncomfortably so, AND bulky. It puts a strain on your forehead skin.it'sheavier than advertised, unless the spec is excluding the battery which is misleading and a bad marketing tactic. Also, when the light is oriented for overhead work,it's difficult to access the control buttons. I cannot recommend it, especially for such a high price. Too bad

Good.

For the most part I like the headlamp. I like how I can change from flood to spot light. Just two things that keep me from giving it 5 stars. 1) if I want to change the brightness after the headlamp is on, the headlamp just turns right off and I have to turn it on and cycle through the light brightness. 2) going off the 1st issue, once it turned on it doesn't remember the last setting you had it on. So again you have the cycle through and adjust the sweet spot that you had it between flood and spot.
