I ordered a power cable for my nitecore i2 because I had lost the other moving stuff around and it went very smooth and arrived fast from nitecore!!

But my experience with this company was outstanding..The power cord itself was nothing special. Just a replacement cord for a defective one..
But the way the company honored a misprint on their web sight reflected a level of professional courtesy rarely seen..

The instructions/user guide for SC2 is the worst I've ever experienced, and I was an IT Professional for 30 years!

Placing the order on line seemed impossible. When I was finally able to place the order the cable arrived in a timely manner and it works just fine. Thanks for offering the replacement cable. My dog ate the original cable for the charger.

My order arrived very quickly. Unfortunately for me I ordered the wrong cord. I needed the pokey one instead. Lol. The price is so cheap though, that I can just buy the one I need and hold the other for a spare.
Will definitely buy from them again. You can't go wrong.

I needed a replacement cable for my battery charger. Nitecore Customer Service sent me the link and I ordered it. The end that connects to the charger does not fit perfectly (won't go in all the way) but it makes sufficient contact.
