High-capacity 20000mAh power bank praised for multiple device charges and compact design. Customers said it "works better than expected" with fast charging and excellent capacity for travel and backpacking. However, several shoppers noted the actual weight exceeds specifications by 7-17g, and concerns about durability emerged after one unit dented from a 2-foot fall.
It holds power and charges well, it’s heavier than it looks so be mindful if that’s something important to you. I’m giving 3 stars because the power bank fell from my lap onto the ground As I stood up and a corner dented in so badly that I don’t trust I can use the power bank safely. For the price and reputation of the Nitecore power banks I didn’t think a 2 foot fall would have damaged it so badly. Aside from that it had been very useful and could give multiple charges for my iPhone, I’m sad it ended up the way it did.
It weighs 312g NOT 295g, over 1/2 ounce heavier than claimed. Two 10ks weigh less, don't waste your money like I did.
The carbon fiber and finish is beautiful. The performance in amazing it charges my phone faster than my wall fast charger!

Bought for backpacking with a power hungry iPhone and watch ultra. Ultralight. Great capacity for the times my solar panel won’t get enough light to charge for a couple days.
Second one I have purchased. Just what I needed.
My Nitecore Carbo 20000 was capable of more charges than I thought on my In-Reach, I-phone, and headlamp. Temps down to 20 degrees some days. Note, none of the devices were totally drained. I purchased two power banks just in case, but one got me through 9 days of hunting in the Frank Church Wilderness. I was connected to my In-reach all day, and my OnXhunt was on all day and tracking.
I was off grid for four days last week. I was able to use my Nitecore 20,00 to charge an iPhone five times, Bluetooth 4 times. I ran iPhone on airplane mode. a majority of the time for navigation use only.Still had power left in battery pack when I got back to civilization. So far so good.

Great buy! Not sure about lightweight, but it sure delivers on power. I took this on vacation with me and it worked better than advertised. I am getting multiple charges on my phone and gear and it turns itself off when the item is fully charged. At 20,000mAh it is also allowed on the airplane.
Haven’t opened it, but seems very compact for a 20k, should be extrnely useful for travel and work! Awesome :)
I love it because of how rugged it is made and how lite it weighs. I carry two on my PC to actively power some of my equipment.

So far, I am happy with the performance of the power bank, albeit I have only had it a very short while. My concern at this point is the Carbo 20000’s advertised weight is 295.5 g +/- 5 g. The product I received was 303 g (+ 7.5 g), which is the weight of the brick without the charging cable. It doesn’t sound like much at first blush but it’s 50% above the upper limit and indicates Nitecore’s process is statistically out of control. This begs the question what other parameters don’t meet specifications and could potentially impact the long term reliability and function of the product? Only time will tell.
Good quality product. Compact and lightweight.
Will look forward to buy some more of the Nitecore products.

My current 10K Anker is a bit lighter but also for some reason larger in two dimensions, and this one is 20K!

I was drawn to the item cuz I thought it was actually going to be light, I have a power bank and it’s comparable weight so I was disappointed. But it does the job
I charged it up and have recharged my watch and headphones, several times. I have also recharged a headlamp, twice. Works great.
Light weight with power for both my phone (iPhone 15) and Apple Watch. I charged the watch daily and the phone twice and still had a blue dot left. It worked well.
