The battery itself performs as it should however the shipping was the issue is almost a week late time will tell how the battery will form and last but so far so good.

Great battery, poor customer service.

We love the performance of the NL1410 batteries. We use them with solar lights and they hold a charge significantly longer than a regular battery. We have purchased 9 of these batteries. One of them did not work. Numerous attempts to get a replacement battery were met unsuccessfully with the company. They kept asking us to resubmit the purchase receipt evidence and then, failed to follow up.

I didn't know how good these were before I got a few from another brand. These last double the time and are brighter in my light.
