I use my flashlight model as a reference to get a replacement battery, and they send me some other battery that does not work . And to find out that the battery I need is discontinued, very upset.

I had to pay to return the battery but overall I am happy.I own 2 flashlights and a battery pack. Their products are amazing quality and I haven’t found anything that consistently compares.

Minor flaw

I have a NWL20 that contains this battery. Unfortunately I dropped the light and the weight of the battery compressed the positive end of the battery inside the light upon impact, to the point where it does not maintain good contact. But for that minor flaw I would have no complaints.

battery or bulb? No way to troubleshoot

I've had an MH2 flashlight for about 2 years and love it and use it semi-regularly around the house. A month ago the light started to flicker and while I charged it, the flicker persisted.
I went to the nitecore support site to se if there were any FAQs to troubleshoot but found none. I also didnt see any bulb replacements but did se a tail switch and battery. I ordered a battery hoping it would fix it. it did not :(
I wish there were better troubleshooting resources on light for what is generally a solid product
