This 6000mAh rechargeable 21700 battery offers exceptional capacity and runtime. Customers said "works extremely well" and praised its "excellent capacity & function." However, multiple shoppers report critical sizing issues - the battery is physically larger than standard 21700 batteries and won't fit many non-brand flashlights, causing compatibility problems with various devices.

Not sure what that guy "gary M." is talking about. Every NL2160HP battery I have reads HIGHER than the rated capacity upon testing. He probably just did the test wrong because the batteries aren't shipped at 0% SOC (state of charge). To get an accurate capacity test, you must first DISCHARGE the battery to at least 2.75volts and then recharge at a recommended 2 Amp current.
A false-high ohm (internal resistance) reading will also yield a capacity rating lower than the actual capacity, so make sure your device's internal resistance reading on the battery is accurate as well.
This time last year, a 6,000mAh capacity for 21700 was UNHEARD OF!
With an under-rated capacity which is already phenomenal for the size, these are some of the BEST 21700 batteries on the market!
The fact that there is no size standardization is very annoying.
I bought this with a reasonable expectation that it would fit my 21700 flashlights and upgrade their run time...won't fit any of them...too big

These batteries will not fit in a single flashlight I own. I foolishly opened all 3 that I bought. I have no use for any of these batteries. A complete waste of almost $100
The battery is too big to fit inside my dive light. These exceed the normal 21700 diameter. Now I have two batteries that are useless to me.
I have several 21700 batteries with several high end flashlights some being top dogs.I have to be impartial and say this 21700 battery you created is the best one I have in my collection thank you......

Bought 2 of these for increased battery capacity on the MH25 Pro. They fit and work perfectly. I carry these in my case with the flashlight if ever needing a quick swap. Power and insane brightness for hours if needed. Note these are bigger than your standard 21700 batteries. If you're trying to use in non-Nitecore lights, they might not fit. Pay attention to your flashlight specs. For the MH25 Pro, these are ideal!
Got this battery as a backup for my Olight
But have trouble turning on the light most of the time,I have to click on the light two or three times to get it to turn on, but when I use the stock O light battery everything works just fine,it fires up with one click,I’m a millwright and having a delay in my head lamp is extremely frustrating, probably won’t buy nitecore batteries anymore will just purchase Olight brand , but the nitecore double battery charger works great with my stock Olight batteries, it gives a fast and effective charge every time,I’m very happy with the charger !
Why are you not making it clear in the product description that this battery is larger in all dimensions than a standard 21700? It won't fit my Mankerlight MC13-II and now I have no use for it. Guess I have to go through the annoying return process to get it exchanged for the 5000mAh 21700 that I am also not sure will fit my light. Describe your product better because this is not a standard size 21700, what's the point of having a standardized size naming system if your not going to design batteries within the size limit. Dumb.
I bought two they came in 3/4 charged. I charged them up and am using them and all my MH flashlight which I have three of love Nightcore wanted a little extra juice for my MH 25 Pro.
The diameter measured larger than typical size and it was not round. I had to ream the hole on my flashlight to the next size up (.875) to fit the battery.
Needed this replacement battery for the hc70 UHE. Orig battery woulld not charge after owning it for about 2 months. Yes, Nitecor replaced this battery uner warranty but since I have macular degen, their process was so slow so I paid for and received this battery myself. So far so good on this battery
Apparently, not all 21700 batteries are the same size. Thinking that this battery would fit my Acebeam H30 headlamp. Instead, it got stuck and ruined my headlamp. Stupid me.

I trust the NiteCore rating on this battery. The difference between this and some other 21700 batteries I purchased last year is enough to give me an extra hour of run time on the midlevel setting on my lights.
This battery must be specifically designed for a nitecore device. I purchased it as a replacement for a different brand of flashlight and it isn’t compatible.
Large capacity but is does not seem to hold it's charge as long as it's little brother. Could be a one offer. It's still a keeper!
Purchased 2 of these for dive light. Bench tested them (charge 1C, Discharge 1C) and determined they did not have 6000mah capacity. One had about 3700mah and the other had 4600mah. You should make sure they perform as you expect.
Can't beat longer run times and the quality. No issues with this battery at all.
Take note of the dimensions of this cell. From my own sample of flashlights, this battery:
Does fit Jetbeam TH20 easily
Does barely fit RovyVon S21 and S23
Does NOT fit Fenix PD36pro (diameter)
My battery achieved max capacity after several 30 minute uses and charges after each.
I never got a shipping notification, but everything else was good.
I have an MH25pro and bought this for a backup battery. This is my primary battery now! The runtime is much better than the 5300hp that came with the light. Not an inexpensive battery but a very high performance battery with outstanding runtime as well.
