For those who might be aggravated by Nitecore not including a charging cable with this flashlight, it's actually incorporated into the lanyard this time. I don't think I've ever seen this before on a Nitecore flashlight. See attached images.
Rather than trying to do everything with a single button on this flashlight, they built this one with three buttons and a separate lockout switch. No more 8-step process to accomplish something while trying to finesse a triple-tap half-press long-hold, or trying to remember how to unlock the flashlight when you're in a hurry. More buttons and switches actually reduce the complexity, and things become more intuitive.
Do these extra buttons add to the cost? Probably. Is it worth it? Absolutely. This flashlight even has a nice holster included with it (one that will probably get used). No more of the nylon style with a velcro flap. For those of you who are tired of the "one button does everything" flashlight, you might actually like this one.
I purchased two P27iX flashlights, one still unboxed, but on the one that I tested brightness is great but the two sets of LEDs (battery and intensity indicators, work only the first day...

Nitecore P27iX 5000 is a great tactical flashlight for everyday use. Great size. Fit perfectly in hand. Wide range of options of light to cycle too.
I have a few Nitecore flashlights to use, this is the most recent purchase. With the monsoon rains here and the many chances of power outages around the city, I personally keep this tactical flashlight handy. It is a great comfort to light up the darkness and check around the property.
I have purchased many of nitecore products and enjoyed them all but this p27ix out performs them all I can say with confidence this is my new favorite flashlight 👍👍👍👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love that the light has the two tail switches,( with one being programmable ) and the third on the side. Lumen Shield is crazy bright and instantly available which is also good. Now they just have to get the swivel holster out and also have a snatch/quick draw holster, that holds the light by the head facing down. They are just a hard shell with metal pressure clip against the head, so you can grab the body,( riding above the top of the holster and belt line) and fast draw the light. Anyway, good job on the light , loving it.
I absolutelylove this flashlight! The modes, settings, the all metal construction, waterproof IP 68 with a lock mode switch, just all good, so so good. The following is not meant to be negative. It is just in my opinion something I want the people at Nightcore to see to perhaps make the king of Kings of flashlights. A green laser, UV light, (it doesn't have to be super powerful but a lot of lights are coming with them now and it is very handy). Definitely the ability to use all Nitecore 21700 batteries for power options. Have a bunch of them from the other IP series lights including the P10i and the P20i UV among others. It may not be a full performance, but it's better than no light at all so I just carry all of my lights with me with spare batteries for all. Extremely pleased with this light though! You guys hit it out of the park! Keep it up and I'll keep buying Nitecore for life! Thank you very much.

I love it. I own three other flashlights. Recently purchased theMT2A Pro and the MH12 Pro. I stumbled across the video on YouTube when someone was reviewing the flashlight and they thought so highly of it. I had to buy it.

GREAT LIGHT I DID HAVE TO GET RID OF THE SMALL BLACK PIECE BECAUSE IT WOULDN'T GO BACK ON AFTER TRYING TO ADJUST IT GOOD THING I HAVE TWO OTHER BELTS THAT ARE THICKER BUT OTHER THAN THAT IT'S A VERY HANDY LIGHT ALSO GREAT HOLSTER TOO
This is easily the best flashlight I've ever used. Super bright, easy to use, tons of options.
Great light. A little confusing at first but once you get the hang of it it’s not bad. I think there’s an extra butting that might not be needed. Also I do have to say for the price I wish it was a little brighter. EDC37 is brighter, cheaper and has similar functions.
Excellent light, very high quality build and easy to operate. Has more complexity than I need, but it sure is fun to operate. ;)
