Wireless Functionality

The Nitecore RSW2i WL is a wireless pressure switch designed specifically for the Nitecore intelligent Series flashlights. It operates on the 2.4G wireless bandwidth for a secure connection and frees up clutter and tangles from your rail section for enhanced operation. It's a direct drop in, plug and play for any iSeries flashlight. Just unscrew the regular tail cap, install the new tail cap and you are good to go.

Installation Guide

The RSW2i WL comes with three methods to attach the pressure pad to your platform.

  • 2x compact picatinny rail mounts for any handguard sections
  • Hook-and-loop sticky pad that can be mounted to flat surfaces
  • 2x hook-and-loop straps that can secure the pressure pad to looped sections

Had to replace bat in pressure switch and re pair it with tail cap.
Follow instructions! They really mean it when it say "quickly"
Mounting options were good, stay away from the adhesive back option...came loose when doing mag dump. Will likely relocate based on purpose. The rail attachments looked cheap and cheesy, but I quickly understood the design, and they are reliably well designed.
Would recommend over wiring cap.
Down side, as stated, switch bat was doa, buy a spare!

Buttons kinda meh

It works, and the price is right. It has cleaver mounting systems too

The button are a bit disappointing though. I bought this to replace my smart tail switch that I had lost. That smart switch I remember being disappointed about the button. I am impressed that these buttons feel worse.

It's not a cheep feel or a mush click or anything. They just miss press dubble press and kilter on odd pivot points. It doesn't build trust in it's use.
