Works Quite Well

I have several of these QC3.0 USB charger adapters purchased both by themselves as well as bundled with UMS4 chargers. They work very well driving older (5V up to 2.4A) and newer (9V up to 2.1A) USB loads. I've charged everything from 2Wh headphones to 100Wh power banks with no problems. These charging adapters can get a bit toasty under high load but no worse than other QC adapters. Overall, very good and well worth the price.
