Great light, great brightness, great strobe. The only thing is the body of the light is a little large. I tried mounting the light on a full-size pistol and it's a bit large even on a full-size pistol. The other problem is that there are no holster options for this light if you decided to run it on a pistol. However it would be a good option for a long gun but the downside to that is there isn't a pressure pad/switch to mount with the light. Overall the NPL35 is a good light but I think it needs refined a little. Make it more friendly for mounting it to a long gun and maybe slim it down to fit better on full-size pistols.

I have had many flash lights. It is quite impressive. And it is not the cheapest looking which is what i expect to feel on a well made light. One thing i should have considered was before testing the light make sure i wasnt driving lol. I pointed the light away, held my hand behind the light for minimal light disruption and even during midday bright sunshine the light facing away from me with the reflection off my hand blinded me in a very very impressive way. I hope i dont loose this because i would be very annoyed. But very well made light

Great powerful little flash light

nice little flashlight, the spot, flood, and mix is awesome... it was 30% off too, so I said,,, why not?!

Powerful light in a rather compact design. The USB-C charge port is a nice addition. The ability to throw the light a long distance is the key reason I purchased the light. Ability to have flood or distance when searching the treeline or around the house. Quick access to the Shield full lumen output is great.

The tail cap is must to install on your Nitecore to reduce the accidental power on when in your hoster....

Its actually lighter than I expected and feels good in the hand. Nice light.

I’d give this light a 4.5 but could only put 4 stars due to the lack of the 30 second timeout/shutoff function the earlier version lights had. The color temp change is very cool though and very distinct. The difference is very noticeable from very warm, to a perfect blend, to very cool yet each temperature has its own purpose and ambiance as far as functionally. I’m a banquet event supervisor working at many venues behind the scenes and after dark so the 30 second timeout was a nice feature so I wouldn’t drain the bathery with a “pocket dial” activation— but most users probably aren’t worried about this. Either way it’s a great light with incredible flood beam for its size and very useful for navigating a dark path or supplying area lighting. The OLED display is truly next gen with the info it provides and as I type/ think about this I’m changing my rating to a five star. Battery life is great too. Just bring back the timeout in the next version and this light will be perfect!

Brightest one yet that I’ve purchased. Love Nitecore products, given all my edc lights are from them. Can’t wait to see what else they come out with in the future.

This 21700 battery is excellent for intended purpose.

Light is good for all around use, once the UI is completely understood.

Bright, well built, light, and easy to handle. It's a great product; I would buy it again.
