I received this flashlight due to warranty issues with mine. The customer service was EXCELLENT. They had me ship my faulty into them for inspection. They quickly let me know that they inspected it and found it faulty. They immediately sent me a replacement. The entire process probably took less than 10 days.

I've had these batteries for a few years except mine are 3400 mAh., 3.7v, 12.6 Wh. And they are still kicking strong. Have a night light headlamp that I absolutely love and the battery lasts longer than generics I bought a couple of times. I use these batteries on my shockable nightstick and can go a few months without even charging anything. Not a cop I use it for dogs to attack around this area. And they're always dependable. I'm only trying to get batteries now because I want to have them on standby just in case because it's been awhile. This is a great product regarding batteries and night light.

Have used it a couple of times now. Nice unit, comfortable , plenty of light options. Don't know yet about longevity but seems to be well built.

Great headlamp

I bought this as an upgrade to the tube on my keychain/as a backup light when backpacking and I really like it. Favorite things: double click to turn on feels much more secure than the single click tube, I expect it wont get turned on accidentally in my pocket which is an issue with the tube; much brighter at max setting but still has some nice low settings; the high CRI light is nice for reading color coded maps in the dark, this doesn't seem like a big deal until you've tried to do it with a blue-leaning light and can't differentiate between certain colors. Only one thing I wish was different: I don't expect to get much use out of the UV mode, a red mode would be much more useful. Obviously this will differ between users, but the option to have CRI and red as the secondary lights would be perfect.
