Bought a replacement back in for my flashlight works like a brand new one again

The tail-cap was shipped to me no charge to hopefully resolve an issue with the light. It did not fix the issue. I have returned the light for a replacement. Your attention to customer problems has been excellent!

Picture showed a tail cap with a switch on it, when I purchased it. I was hoping to add a tail cap switch to my MH10 .v2. I'm not happy that I received the same, "blank" cap that came with the flashlight.

Had what I needed and sent it right away.
Flashlight works like brand new.

Everything seems great, site was easy to use. By that I mean it was easy to find the options for my specific flashlight, of which there were many. Maybe too many, i struggled to see the difference between the options as sometimes they were subtle. The cap works great, and the price was very reasonable. Hopefully it lasts a good while

Okay, the description for the part did not match my needs. The tailcat did not fit my flashlight. And for what it would cost me to send it back I could have had three. So oh well, when the flashlight finally gives out I'll buy a maglite

Have to send back on my own dime so I just kept them. Now they are useless

I have several nitecore rechargeable handheld lights. I have had a few that were intermittent over the years and I have asked Nitecore for help with these, some still under warranty and some were not. Their customer service has been very good & they have sent parts to try to fix the lights so that I would not have to throw them away or have to buy a new one. I greatly appreciate their help & would recommend this brand without a doubt. I use the lights in my job and on my property every day for at least 7 years now. They are recharged at least once per week & I am quite happy with their performance. I highly recommend Nitecore's brand and customer service.

Worked as intended.

Cap works fine, but unfortunately it did not fix my problem. I still have to wist the tail cap to turn light on or off. The problem must be something to do with them body maybe.

Did not fit for the flashlight I have, can I return for a refund?

Great lights in all shapes and sizes! Never had any issues, even after I have accidentally washed several times with my clothes...Just wish they made a push-button tail cap for the MH10. Great company to deal with!
