This is my go to headlamp for tracking deer. The incredibly bright, white light is excellent for this job when you need to distinguish colors and moisture. After several years I needed to replace the battery. Seems to be working great again now. I've gone through many, many flashlights over the years. I'm a big fan of Nightcore's.
I also have one of Nightcore's extremely lightweight headlamps that I've used on the Appalachian Trail for nearly 350 miles.

I've always been a big nitecore fan and have many, many of their models.Literally thousands of dollars worth and this one is the one I will carry every day. It is so easy to use and the battery life is very impressive for its outputs.I'm completely satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend the EDC-17 it is an excellent everyday carry flashlight would the additional green laser feature and a very powerful UV light. it's slim line profile and the OTF pocket knife style switch is amazing.It's so intuitive, very well done nitecore!!! Another home run!!!

I do not think that there is a better flashlight available. If possible I would like to see an option to expand the width of the 1500 lumens beam. Also, the heat produced by the 8000 lumen is something that may not be able to be addressed, but it’s certainly a great feature. If any of those two things can be addressed, it would make this an even more incredible flashlight. Obviously, though I understand that this comes with the cost. And for those who don’t mind that I think it would be well worth the cost.

My Nitecore Carbo 20000 was capable of more charges than I thought on my In-Reach, I-phone, and headlamp. Temps down to 20 degrees some days. Note, none of the devices were totally drained. I purchased two power banks just in case, but one got me through 9 days of hunting in the Frank Church Wilderness. I was connected to my In-reach all day, and my OnXhunt was on all day and tracking.

long lasting battery is key. good light for that purpose

I really like the Nitecore TUP 2. It’s capable of 3 different light temperatures. Also it’s got 1200 lumens as a maximum lumens. Easy to use and lightweight but it’s got attitude as well.

Perfect for the ring solar path lights and the charger too. Saved a ton of money with these.

Best light, the other lights sit in a drawer now. Recharges, and holds a charge for a long time. Very bright, fits in my pocket. Gets a bit warm to the touch on turbo but super bright and a perfect beam. Use it every night to walk the dogs. Convenient, and it does everything I need a light to do.
