outstanding product

For those who might be aggravated by Nitecore not including a charging cable with this flashlight, it's actually incorporated into the lanyard this time. I don't think I've ever seen this before on a Nitecore flashlight. See attached images.

Rather than trying to do everything with a single button on this flashlight, they built this one with three buttons and a separate lockout switch. No more 8-step process to accomplish something while trying to finesse a triple-tap half-press long-hold, or trying to remember how to unlock the flashlight when you're in a hurry. More buttons and switches actually reduce the complexity, and things become more intuitive.

Do these extra buttons add to the cost? Probably. Is it worth it? Absolutely. This flashlight even has a nice holster included with it (one that will probably get used). No more of the nylon style with a velcro flap. For those of you who are tired of the "one button does everything" flashlight, you might actually like this one.

So far its been great. Bought this to replace missing NB Air. Been able to get 2 charges on my S23 Ultra. On a busy day while in 100° weather it did get pretty hot but not too hot to hold. But thats to be expected in extreme weather I guess?

Something light flat and with plenty of brightness.

The P27 iX is a well designed Highly Customizable with multiple focal points with the 4 5 core inhouse LEDs! They got the color temp right in my opinion. As far as durability I can't elaborate on that yet because I haven't had it long enough but I do believe that it will be very durable! Time will tell. I have multiple Nightcore flashlights and for the most part I really enjoyed them but I have had my share of button issues so again time will tell on the P27 iX the new holster is a welcome change! I will use this holster and I can say I don't believe I ever used one of the nylon sheath holsters in the past.
Overall so far I love the flashlight but again time will tell as others would say I believe Nightcore hit it out of the park with this one! I Highly recommend!

Fantastic quality!

Excellent EDC flashlight. The EDC29 is easy to navigate and it gets extremely bright. Furthermore it takes up much less pocket space than my other edc lights. I am very satisfied with the EDC29 and will contiue to carry it until a better Nitecore option is released.

I purchased batteries and charger as a backup supply. Will rotate in flashlight to keep 2 batteries fully charged at all times.

Very high quality light. The aluminum body feels great, the button modes are handy, and it's super bright.
